She is widely known for her mastery of Ukadiche Modak, each handcrafted with precision, softness, and devotion, preserving true cultural flavours. Her culinary expertise built the foundation of trust and authenticity.
Mr. Madan Thakurdesai has been the backbone of this journey, offering unwavering support, strength, and belief in the vision. His presence ensured stability, consistency, and growth.

I, Mugdhaa Thakurdesai, would love to narrate my piece of story too! I grew up in a kitchen where food was more than nourishment—it was emotion, discipline, and responsibility. I became part of Thakurdesai’s Deoyani Foods at the age of 15, learning the deeper values behind every dish.
Alongside this journey, I pursued my Master’s in Psychology and Medical Social Work, later working with USAID, which shaped my understanding of health and wellbeing.
In 2025, I returned to my roots to carry forward the brand, inspired by customers who wanted our food even beyond borders.
This led to building Thakurdesai’s Deoyani Foods into a modern brand, creating dehydrated, ready-to-cook foods that preserve tradition while offering convenience, purity, and everyday wellness.
At just 9 years old, Sharveel is the youngest entrepreneur contributing to Thakurdesai’s Deoyani Foods, a brand focused on dehydrated food products and healthy convenience foods. With a natural curiosity and creative mindset, he actively participates in the brand’s journey, bringing fresh perspectives to product ideas and innovation.
